My name is John Waggoman. Several months ago I needed to sell my unique custom home along with 116 acres in Bandera County TX. I obtained a MAI Appraisal. A residential brokerage house got the listing for one year. During that time I received information that the home was being shown three to four times a month. No offers were made. My conversation with the broker indicated that there was some interest but at a price well below the listed price. The listing Expired. A friend advised me that a member of that family sold ranches in S Texas. I contacted what turned out to be Superior Farm & Ranch Realty (Superior Town & Country Realty now) with Bobby Hunt of Comfort, a Farm & Ranch sales specialist. I showed him the property and was asked for a listing which I signed. The comment was, "this will be easy to sell". One week later he asked if the property would be vacant on the weekend, they wanted to show it. Mid week they contacted me to discuss an offer, which was only about one percent below the listed price. I accepted the offer, the closing was set for sixty days. Would I recommend Bobby Hunt to represent other owners in the future? YES!
Matt Thigpen of Superior Town & Country Realty is indeed a superior real estate agent. He represented the buyer when I sold my ranch property in DeWitt County, and then my husband and I used him to help us purchase a new property in Cuero. He made both transactions happen smoothly and to everyone’s satisfaction. He is intelligent, client-centered, easy-going, and kind. You never have to wait for a return call or text, and you know he always has your best interest at heart. I recommend him without any reservations!
Cheryl was my realtor. She is hands down a rare gem in the real estate profession. Her expert knowledge, tenacity, selfless commitment and devotion to serve, puts her in a league all her own. She provided me with 5-star service. She went well above and beyond what average realtors provided to me in the past. Her personable style, and caring nature make her a joy to work with. We always had to move quick on everything because we were buying in a hot sellers’ market. A typical realtor would not have gotten me into the home I now own and love. Who could ask for more? With Cheryl you will never be asking for more. She will always be 5 steps ahead paving the way for your success and giving you her absolute best. Whether buying or selling, a solid realtor is essential. Good ones are hard to find. If your reading this trying to decide if she’s all that, I am only writing this because she is. Good Luck!
My name is Bill Kent. My wife and I decided we wanted to find some land in the Hill Country, and came across a property near Kerrville. On our first visit to see the property, we were introduced to Bobby Hunt, representing Superior Town and Country real estate. From the moment we met Bobby, we felt confident we were dealing with an honest, capable and very knowledgeable professional. During our negotiation process to buy this property, we were dealt with the utmost respect and provided the information we requested and answers to our questions timely and directly. It couldn’t have been a better experience. I’d recommend Bobby to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate, especially ranch land. He’s truly an expert and his Texas ‘tell it like it is’ approach is both welcomed and appreciated. Bill Kent Midland, TX
My Dad and I owned a unique piece of property in Georgetown, Texas. The property included a 7,000+ sq ft home that was partially remodeled, sitting on a 7 acre tract of land. The property had “history” which created several marketing challenges. Cheryl Fowlkes, Superior Town and Country signed up to market the home. She brought a wonderful attitude, great personality, enormous knowledge, and most importantly, in my opinion –she brought honesty to this project. She was confident from day 1 that she would find the perfect family – and she never waivered in her commitment. I lost track of the number of times she showed the property to potential buyers, but I’d estimate it was in excess of 150 times over a 2 year period. Keep in mind, she lived over 40 miles away from the property – and personally showed up for almost every single showing. She never complained, nor did she ever pressure us to drastically reduce our asking price in order to make her job easier. She saw the value in the property and was determined to get us a fair price. I never doubted that Cheryl was working for my Dad and I, which was a huge relief. Not all realtors are trustworthy or patient – and sadly, I had previously learned that lesson the hard way. Cheryl lived up to her commitment and found a family to purchase the property. I do believe Cheryl was as excited to find the perfect buyer as my Dad and I were. Cheryl went “above and beyond” to ensure the closing went smoothly, and there is NO doubt in my mind, that without her dedication, the property would have never closed. I recommend her without hesitation and would personally use her again.
Bobby Hunt of the Superior Town and Country team is second to none. From the first time you meet and talk with Bobby, you can feel the trust, knowledge and work ethic that he puts into his real estate listings and deals. His knowledge, marketing and communication skills are increased by the great support team he has at Superior. I would highly recommend and refer him to my friends, family and business associates.
