New Home Builders Guide

A Story by Cheryl Fowlkes | Updated 11/13/2019 12:00pm

Should you have an agent represent you on an New Home Build?  Yes, why you ask??  Who else is there to represent you and only you??  Not the builders sales rep, remember they work for the builder!!

Have you wondered how the process works for buying a new home?  We have a packet that will explain parts of the process and another link for details on what a lender will require of you..  There are lots of programs out there for first time home buyers, teachers, police officers, firefighter, VA and more.  We have several lenders that are als obuilder qualified lenders who will sometimes meet or beat the builders preferred lender so, don't feel stuck!!  You have options so give us a call/text/email..  We are here to help you, let us know what you need!!
