5 Star's - My Dad and I owned a unique piece of property in Georgetown, Texas. The property included a 7,000+ sq ft home that was partially remodeled, sitting on a 7-acre tract of land. The property had a “history” which created several marketing challenges. Cheryl Fowlkes, Superior Town, and Country signed up to market the home. She brought a wonderful attitude, great personality, enormous knowledge, and most importantly, in my opinion, she brought honesty to this project. She was confident from day 1 that she would find the perfect family and she never wavered in her commitment. I lost track of the number of times she showed the property to potential buyers, but I’d estimate it was in excess of 150 times over a 2 year period. Keep in mind, she lived over 40 miles away from the property and personally showed up for almost every single showing. She never complained, nor did she ever pres…

Keep in mind, she lived over 40 miles away from the property and personally showed up for almost every single showing. She never complained, nor did she ever pressure us to drastically reduce our asking price in order to make her job easier. She saw the value in the property and was determined to get us a fair price. I never doubted that Cheryl was working for my Dad and I, which was a huge relief. Not all realtors are trustworthy or patient and sadly, I had previously learned that lesson the hard way. Cheryl lived up to her commitment and found a family to purchase the property. I do believe Cheryl was as excited to find the perfect buyer as my Dad and I were. Cheryl went “above and beyond” to ensure the closing went smoothly, and there is no doubt in my mind.

My dealings with Cheryl were always and continue to be 100% authentic and genuine. I recognized right away, during our first meeting, that she is a woman with a heart and years of experience in farm and ranch. Deciding whether to sell land that has been in your family for 40 years, that you’ve put your heart and soul into, that indeed has become a very part of your soul, is a tremendously stressful and emotional decision. Some people may think it’s a relatively easy decision to make. “Just sell to the highest bidder and move on.” But for those who have worked and loved the land, they know it’s not that simple. It took me a while to finally decide when and how much land we would sell. A process that, I’m sure, was not easy on Cheryl either. I cannot stress enough how vital her patience and genuine understanding of how hard a decision it was that enabled the deal to be done. I never felt p…

It took me a while to finally decide when and how much land we would sell. A process that, I’m sure, was not easy on Cheryl either. I cannot stress enough how vital her patience and genuine understanding of how hard a decision it was that enabled the deal to be done. I never felt pressured during the entire process. One meeting, in particular, revealed her authenticity. During a meeting with the buyer, it became obvious that selling the entire ranch would be the best decision. As much as I was trying to withhold my emotions, I was overcome with sadness. When we stepped outside, she was there for me 100%. She listened, offered her perspective, and helped me move forward. It was the best decision for our family and the land. I am sincerely grateful to a friend who recommended I talk with Cheryl about selling our ranch, and I, in turn, wholeheartedly recommend working with her. She met us at a convenient location near our home and took the time to go over the contract and the owner's practices and expectations. Cheryl is present and very proactive in her information and advice. I called or texted her a few times and got immediate responses. Through the whole process, she was very clear and detailed about our new relationship/expectations/benefits with our new landlords.

The moment you'd rather forget? Lol. When she sold our home so fast that we didn't have one lined up to move into! Testimonial Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Awesome experience!
